		<description>I tend to use sorenson 3 compresion.  If in Imovie you export (or i think it&#039;s called share) and set the Compress Movie settings to Expert Settings it will give you more options over quality and size.  You have to click share after selecting the Expert Settings option to get to the next screen.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Set the Export option to Movie to QuickTime Movie. Click on Options button.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then you&#039;re at the Movie Settings window.  Sorenson video 3 as the Compression Type and usually Medium Quality is pretty good for most things.  You can also set the output size and audio settings there.  I dont think you need Quicktime Pro.</description>
