		<description>well that makes me feel a whole lot safer :-(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Funnily enough I had dinner last night with the guy who was in charge of setting up the Kurdish safe havens after the first Gulf War. He said the biggest mistake the US made this time was letting the army disband - they were nearly all anti Saddam anyway and ould have been used to police Iraq. Instead they let them all go home WITH THEIR GUNS to work for whichever local hoodlum took their fancy.</description>
