The wee drawing next to Twitter’s World Cup Draw hashtag reminds me of Barnaby the Bear.

I remember when I first moved to Berlin in 2000, I’d watch Bob Ross shows on a Polish channel, and Barnaby (or indeed, Colargol) was often on before or afterwards, I don’t remember which.

And while we’re talking about the World Cup: I’m really quite looking forward to Germany v Mexico. Hopefully they both progress from Group F. And I’m looking forward to England being knocked out early on too, hopefully. Fuck ’em.
